What is the Calling Mesa County Home Program?
The Calling Mesa County Home (CMCH) Program is an employer assisted workforce housing program designed to assist members of the local workforce who have a goal of becoming home owners. The CMCH Program offers many benefits to the entire community:
- Reinvigorates neighborhoods
- Creates more community stakeholders
- Promotes investment in community and employee's future
- Increases property tax revenue
- Seeks to promote long-term stability in homeownership
