Property Manager
The Grand Junction Housing Authority seeks to fill the position of property manager. Manager performs a variety of work, including budget management, marketing, leasing of units, execution and enforcement of leases, initial and annual eligibility of tenant income, conflict resolution and rent collection. Must possess excellent communication & organizational skills, the ability to deal with frequent interruptions and work with limited supervision. Excellent computer skills required.

Must have or be able to acquire a working knowledge of Tax Credit compliance. High school diploma or equivalent required. Property Management experience preferred. Valid Colorado Drivers License required. Competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
