Grand Junction Housing Authority - Contracting & Bidding

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Grand Junction Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for Building Construction in the offices of the Architect, at 618 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501 on or before 2:00 PM on August 2, 2010.

The project includes site work, landscaping, roofing, stairs and asphalt paving at the Housing Authority Bunting Ave. Apartments, 2910 Bunting Ave., Grand Junction, CO. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site of the apartment complex on July 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM.

A Performance and Payment bond and insurance will be required.

Bidding Documents may be obtained at The Blythe Group, at 618 Rood Ave., Grand Junction CO. 81501 on Monday July 12, 2010.

The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids.
