for Walnut Park and Bookcliff Squire
The Grand Junction Housing Authority seeks to retain the services of an architect to develop a conceptual site plan and building designs for two different multi family projects: Walnut Park and Bookcliff Squire.
Walnut Park: GJHA intends to develop eight fully compliant ADA units at Walnut Park.
Bookcliff Squire: GJHA intends to develop the maximum allowable number of units per zoning for the Bookcliff Squire project. Currently there is a five unit apartment building which is of solid construction and would remain. The single family house would be demolished. The targeted population for the project is seniors.

Design, Provide and Install Playground Equipment
The Grand Junction Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to design, provide and install age-appropriate playground equipment for a play area as outlined herein. The linked document below identifies the budget ceiling for the project.
